Multi-Purpose Heavy Duty Spring Loaded Scissors
SabreCut GripTech Heavy duty scissors are designed for professionals use, arts & crafts and DIY projects around the home. Featuring Japanese stainless steel blades with serrated teeth for powerful clean cuts.
These heavy duty scissors can cut most soft materials such as aluminium sheets, copper sheets, tin sheets, carpets, corrugated cartons, plastics, cards, papers and wires. The multi-purpose scissors can also cut through both natural and synthetic fabrics, textiles and rope.
Cutting Ability:

Aluminium Sheets: Up to 0.8mm
Plastic Sheets: Up to 1.2mm
Copper Sheets: Up to 0.5mm
Galvanized/Tin Sheets: Up to 0.4mm
Rubber Sheets: Up to 4.0mm
Carpet/Leather: Up to 5.0mm
Ropes (Cotton/Nylon): Up to 10mm

How To Unlock And Use
Squeeze the handles together and slide the button from ‘C’ (close) to ‘S'(small angle, partially open) or ‘L’ (large angle, fully open).

Blades look more like carbon steel than stainless steel although carbon steel is harder. Quite sharp, how long they will last only time will tell. The plastic components are not dissimilar to a pair of budget wire strippers. For £20 you would be better off with Fiskars bypass pruners, better quality for less money. I would not describe this as a “professional” tool but it’s okay. 6/10

I’ve only used these on paper and big sheets of cardboard so far, but I really like the design. The angle between the handles and the blades keeps your hand out of the way of the material you are cutting. They are sharp and nicely set up.

Needed a new pair of scissors, decided on these, very good cutting qualities, I’ve used on lead aluminium and mild steel sheet no problems, also cut cotton material no snagging
